Stephen Amell has landed a new role! The actor is set to lead FOX’s Baywatch reboot. The network announced today, February 13, Amell will lead the show as Hobie Buchannon. Following in the steps of his father, Mitch (played in the original series by David Hasselhoff), wild child Hobie is now a Baywatch Captain. His world is turned upside down when his long lost daughter, Charlie, shows up on his doorstep. FOX and Elizabeth Banks to Release Flintstones Adult Animated Series
FOX and Elizabeth Banks have teamed up for a new Flintstones adult animated series. Entitled, Bedrock, Banks is set to voice Pebbles Flintstone in the series. Bedrock will follow the Flintstone family two decades after the original, with Fred on the brink of retirement and 20-something Pebbles embarking on her own career. As the Stone Age gives way to a shiny and enlightened new Bronze Age, the residents of Bedrock will find this evolution harder than a swing from Bamm-Bamm’s club.
