Kathryn Newton In Talks For New Comedy, ‘Old Friends New Friends’

Kathryn Newton is in talks for a new role! The young actress is eyeing director, Mike Birbiglia’s upcoming comedy, Old Friends New Friends.

No word has been released on who she will play in the film. However, “the film follows a tight-knit group of college friends that travels to a summer camp for their old friend’s wedding, only to discover that he’s built a new life — with new friends — forcing them to confront what they’ve lost, who they’ve become, and whether growing up means growing apart.”
