Tom Cruise Confirms ‘Days of Thunder’ Sequel starring Anne Hathaway

After much speculation, a sequel to Days of Thunder is coming our way. Tom Cruise and his new costar in the movie, Anne Hathaway, announced the sequel would be released June 2, 2028.

“Cruise will return as NASCAR driver Cole Trickle and will be joined by Hathaway who is set to play a team owner and engineer in the upcoming follow-up to the groundbreaking 1990 film that revolutionized cinema.”

No word on if anyone else from the original movie will make an appearance, but our fingers are crossed. Are you guys excited for the new movie?
