Marvel Studios Announces the Cast of their New ‘X-Men’ Movie!

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige made Marvel fans very happy this past Friday, August 14. During the Marvel Studios presentation at the 2026 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Feige announced the first castings for the highly anticipated X-Men movie.

Joining him on stage prior to the reveal were Sadie Sink, who will play Jean Grey in the new movie, and the movie’s director Jake Schreier. Sink then welcomed her new cast members to the stage: Kit Connor as Scott Summers, Christopher Abbott as Professor Charles Xavier, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Inde Navarrette as Rogue, and Maya Boyd as Storm. In a special video recording, Adam Driver announced that he will play Nathaniel Milbury.

The untitled X-Men film will be released in theaters May 5, 2028! Oh, I am loving the casting of Navarrette and Boyd! I can’t wait to see who else is set to join them in the new movie.
