Olivia Rodrigo Joins The Smashing Pumpkins On Stage for Lollapalooza

Olivia Rodrigo made a surprise appearance at Lollapalooza 2026 this past Friday, July 31 in Chicago, IL. The singer took the stage during The Smashing Pumpkins set, their first since 1994.

The group sang the band’s 1995 song, “Thirty-Three”. Rodrigo was not the only surprise guest to join them during their set. YUNGBLUD and former Smashing Pumpkins guitarist Melissa Auf der Maur also took the stage with the legendary band.
