Samara Weaving Joining Marvel Studios’ ‘X-Men’ Movie?

Marvel Studios has apparently found their Emma Frost! Deadline is reporting, Samara Weaving has landed the role of Emma Frost in the upcoming X-Men movie.

“…sources tell Deadline Samara Weaving is the choice to play Emma Frost in Marvel Studios upcoming X-Men movie. After meeting with a number of candidates, director Jake Schreier and Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige landed on Weaving earlier this week to tackle the role of Frost.”

Marvel has yet to comment on the news, and may wait until D23 next month to make the final confirmation. We are expecting Marvel to make some bigger X-Men news at the expo. With Spider-Man: Brand New Day out today, July 31, they are free to share what’s to come with the Mutant Saga.
