John Boyega and Kaitlyn Dever attended the SAG Screening and Q&A for their new film Detroit last night, August 1, in Los Angeles. The pair was joined by their costars Will Poulter, Anthony Mackie, and Algee Smith, and director Kathryn Bigelow for the discussion.

John and Kaitlyn’s new film focuses on the events that took place at the Algiers Motel during the riots in Detroit in 1967. The pair play two characters caught up in the events. Their new film opens in theaters on August 4.
