Miley Cyrus graces the cover of the newest issue of V Magazine. The singer was shot by famed photographer Mario Testino for the edgy photo shoot.

Miley donned leather and straps for her shoot and even added a bit of color to her hair. She opened up to the magazine about her new record, her new look and more.
