SDCC 2026: AppleTV Asks Fans to Escape the Silo in ‘The Silo Experience’

The Silo Experience opened today, July 24, at San Diego Comic Con and BeautifulBallad was one of the first to check out the new experience.

The experience is setup so only three people can enter at a time. At your time to enter, you are brought into the silo to experience the same pressure the characters feel on the show. The experience ends with you “escaping” the silo and earning an exclusive Silo pin.

The experience features flashing lights and times of complete darkness, so if either of these things are triggering for you, we recommend passing. The experience is free and open to all SDCC attendees and the public.

If the the 3 people per visit concept scares you, the line does move pretty well. Don’t get me wrong, it is a wait, but watching the people “escape” the silo is entertainment in itself. I do recommend not bringing little kids to the experience. The experience may be a little much for them.

The experience runs Friday, July 24 – Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM at The Lot @ 1st & J, 450 2nd Ave, San Diego.
