Lili Reinhart Covers Cosmopolitan UK

Lili Reinhart is on the cover of the latest issue of Cosmopolitan UK. Lili is on the cover to promote her new film, The Love Hypothesis. Highlights from her interview are below.

On struggling in an image obsessed industry: “Stylists aren’t given racks of clothes for people who are above a size 4 [UK size 8]. I went to the Vanity Fair Oscars party one year wearing the only dress that fit me on the rack, and I was deeply unhappy with how I looked because I didn’t want to wear that. As much as people want to pretend that that’s not true any more, it is. It’s all over my Instagram and TikTok – people commenting on the bodies of celebrities. Yeah, it’s just really difficult.”

On her first reaction to The Love Hypothesis: “I pushed it away. Then I read it on my way to the Venice Film Festival. It was juicy and fun and I was like, “Okay, I understand why people love this book, the charm it has and the slow burn between these two people who are falling in love.'”

On turning 30: “At some point, you start getting sent scripts for women who are 29 and early 30s, and it’s like, ‘Oh wow, I’m becoming that.’ And I hope and pray that my 30s are better than my 20s, because I don’t want to do that sh*t again. I’m a very different person entering my 30s. I’ve been through so much. I had my entire Riverdale experience in my 20s and was in a relationship that began and ended very publicly. I went through the pandemic, as we all did, and then the past few years [I’ve been] seeing my industry get back on its feet. It’s been a wild decade.”
