Anna Kendrick To Direct ‘The Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo’ For Netflix
Anna Kendrick is adding to her director resume. The actress/director is on board to director Netflix’s upcoming adaptation of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s novel, The Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo.
“The film follows a young journalist’s long awaited interview with Evelyn Hugo, an aging Hollywood starlet, who pulls back the curtain on her seven marriages, and as she tells tales of Hollywood scandals, betrayals, and woe, she unveils shocking truths about her own life and the lives of everyone around her.” Anna is only scheduled to direct the film and the search for the film’s leading star is still ongoing.
