‘Best of the Best’ starring Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Hasan Minhaj, & Priyanka Kedia Gets Premiere Date

Maitreyi Ramakrishnan’s new movie, Best of the Best, has a premiere date. Netflix announced during its Upfront today, May 13, the movie will be released to the streaming platform on September 18.

Joined in the movie by Priyanka Kedia and Hasan Minhaj, “Dance teams have emerged as a space for South Asian community building and cultural connection on many college campuses. Best of the Best will follow two childhood best friends, Maya (Ramakrishnan) and Anjali (Kedia), who join their college’s competitive Bollywood dance team only to discover that the road to winning the national championship is far more raucous and cutthroat than they ever imagined.”

I am so excited to see this movie! Now, we just need a trailer!
