Stars Attend the 2026 Met Gala

The 2026 Met Gala was held tonight, May 4, in New York City. This year’s theme was “Costume for Art” and we have some stars that hit the mark, and others who missed completely.

Camila Mendes stunned in a custom Manish Malhotra gown, which was inspired by Amrita Sher-Gil’s paintings while Finn Wolfhard wore an all white Thom Browne suit with black jacket.

Joey King looked gorgeous in her crystal Miu Miu gown and Nicholas Hoult showed off his buzzcut as he walked the carpet. Rachel Zegler, who just celebrated turning 25, rocked all white as her look was inspired by Paul de la Roche’s Execution of Lady Jane Grey.

Sabrina Carpenter hit the nail on the head with her look as she wore custom Dior which rhinestoned film strips from the 1954 film, Sabrina.

I feel like not as many stars attended this year. I get why some didn’t, but I feel like a lot of stars held off on not going, and there weren’t as many risks this year.
