‘Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew’ Moves to 2027

Netflix’s Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew has a new release date. Directed by Greta Gerwig, the movie will be released in IMAX and in theaters worldwide February 12, 2027 and on Netflix April 2, 2027.

Academy Award–nominated filmmaker Greta Gerwig brings C. S. Lewis’ beloved story The Magician’s Nephew to the screen for the first time in a sweeping adventure that invites dreamers of all ages to experience the creation of Narnia.

Sneak previews, only in IMAX, will begin on February 10, 2027. I’m happy this will be playing in theaters before heading to Netflix, but I hate the wait!
