Kathryn Newton To Reprise Role As Cassie Lang In ‘Avengers: Doomsday’
Kathryn Newton is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The star confirmed that she would be reprising her role as Cassie Lang in the next Marvel project, Avengers: Doomsday earlier today, April 17.
This news comes only hours after Marvel Studios dropped the trailer for the highly anticipated film during CinemaCon yesterday, April 16. Kathryn’s character, Cassie Lang, makes an appearance in the trailer, which sent attendees spiraling because she had not yet been confirmed in the original casting announcement.
Avengers: Doomsday hits theaters on December 18.
