Sony Pictures Entertainment Kicks Off Opening Night Of CinemaCon
The first day of CinemaCon 2026 was held last night, April 13, in Las Vegas. Held at The Dolby Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Sony Pictures Entertainment kicked off Opening Night with quite the presentation for attendees.
Besides announcing the release dates for their upcoming 2026 & 2027 release dates, which you can check out below, the studio also teased some of their bigger projects with the help of a few stars. Kevin Hart, Dwayne Johnson and Jack Black took the stage to promote their new film, JUMANJI: OPEN WORLD, while Mandy Moore and Nate Bargatze promotes their new project, THE BREADWINNER. Christopher Miller, Phil Lord, Bob Persichetti and Justin K. Thompson hit the stage to release new photos and chat about their film, SPIDER-MAN: BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE while Zach Cregger promoted his new creation, RESIDENT EVIL.
