Demi Lovato was a guest on TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle yesterday, March 17. The singer was on the morning talk show to promote her new cookbook, One Plate at a Time.

During her appearance, Demi spoke about her new cookbook and what inspired her to create one. She also spoke about her recent album, upcoming tour, reuniting with the Jonas Brothers, her husband, and so much more. She also took some time to showcase from the recipes from her book as well.
