Sophie Turner Covers Porter Magazine
Sophie Turner is on the cover of Porter magazine. The actress is on the cover to promote her new project, Steal. Highlights from her interview are below.
On landing the role of Lara Croft in the new Tomb Raider series: “God, I was over the moon. It’s very different to the roles that I usually play. I’m not normally seen as an action girl or strong in who she is as a person. I often play characters that are constantly questioning themselves. It’s refreshing to do something different.”
On teaching her kids to navigate their feelings: “If you have these overwhelming emotions, how do you get it out? That’s something I’ve never really been able to figure out how to do for myself. So, I’m teaching my kids and we’re trying different things, and then it’s like they’re teaching me how to self-soothe or to process an emotion.”
