Disney Announces New Movie, ‘Hexed’

Walt Disney Animation has a new movie in the works! The animation company announced at Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney yesterday, August 30, that Hexed is currently in production and will be released to theaters in November pf 2026.

“In Walt Disney Animation Studios’ all-new animated film, Hexed, an awkward teenage boy and his Type – A mom discover that what makes him unusual, might just be magical powers that will turn their lives and a secret world of magic, upside down.”

Please, please, please have an actual villain! Watching a mom and son team up to take on a bad guy would be a great premise to this movie. My fingers are crossed.
