Emma Watson was spotted out and about in Cannes, France yesterday, May 21. The actress looked to be in good spirits as she enjoyed the warm weather whilst on an outing with one of her friends.

As of right now, there is no word as to why Emma is in Cannes. Some fans believe that she will attend the amfAR gala this evening. Others believe that she is in town to support a friend’s project at the Cannes Film Festival.
