Joe Jonas has released his new single! The singer unveiled the song, “Heart By Heart”, earlier today, April 25.

“Heart By Heart” marks the the third song to be released from Joe’s upcoming solo album, Music For People Who Believe In Love. Due out on May 23, this new album will mark the second solo album since he released Fastlife in 2011.
