Glen Powell Joins Judd Apatow To Develop New Comedy For Universal Pictures

Glen Powell is lined up to work with comedy director, Judd Apatow, on a new project. The untitled comedy with reunite Glen with his Twisters studio, Universal Pictures.

“Powell is writing the script with Apatow, continuing to cement his reputation as the rare A-list star with this kind of skill set. The project, about a country western star in free fall, is being fast-tracked at Uni, with Powell set to star and Apatow directing.”

No production date has been released, but with Glen lined up to be quite busy over these next few months, expect the earliest date to be in 2026.

Honestly, it was only a matter of time until Glenn did a western.
