Stars Hit the Stage at the 2025 Academy Awards

The 2025 Academy Awards were held tonight and some of our favorite stars took the stage during the show.

Ariana Grande and her Wicked costar, Cynthia Erivo, kicked off the show with a performance of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”, “Home”, and “Defying Gravity”. I wish they had performed more from Wicked as that is why they are there, but regardless, they both sounded amazing.

Andrew Garfield hit the stage with the icon, Goldie Hawn, to announce the winners for “Best Animated Feature Film” and “Best Animated Short”. Elle Fanning helped present “Best Costume” and Selena Gomez joined Samuel L. Jackson on stage to present “Best Documentary Feature Film”.

Rachel Zegler hit the stage with her Snow White costar, Gal Gadot to announce the winner for “Best Visual Effects”. Miley Cyrus and Mile teller took the stage and presented “Best Sound”.
