Grant Gustin Opens Up About Fitness & Health In New Interview

Grant Gustin is featured in a new interview for Men’s Health. The actor is featured in the magazine to promote his new Broadway musical, Water For Elephants. Highlights from his interview are below.

On finally getting back into shape during the Pandemic: “I started exercising a lot between seasons. I put on 20 pounds of muscle, just because I had time to work out. Since then, it’s been four years.”

On fighting the monotony of playing the same role day in and day out:The Flash was the coolest job in the world, and Water for Elephants is a dream come true. But I’ve done 55-56 performances now. It does get boring. And playing The Flash, I did over 180 episodes plus crossovers—so over 200. And there were days I didn’t want to be doing it.”
