Selena Gomez attended the Universal Music Group and Thrive Global’s Music & Health Conference yesterday, September 19. Joined by Sir Lucian Grainge and Arianna Huffington for the event in West Hollywood, the actress/singer took the stage to chat about the importance of mental health.
During her panel, Selena spoke about her own journey with mental health and opening up about it in her recent documentary, My Mind and Me. She also spoke about using her music and platform for good, what’s next to come for her, and so much more.
