Paramount Announces Third Sonic Movie & “Knuckles” Spin-Off

More Sonic the Hedgehog is coming our way! Paramount announced today, February 15, that they have begun work on the third movie in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.

However, that’s not the only thing they are working on. It was also announced today that Paramount+ is working on a Sonic spin-off centered around Knuckles. Idris Elba, who is set to voice the character in the upcoming movie, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, will reprise the character in the spin-off series.

The upcoming series is set to premiere on the streaming service in 2023.
