Selena Gomez has gone blonde again! The star debuted a brand new hairdo today, April 23 on Instagram.
The star’s hair colorist, Riawna Capri, showed off the look and explained how they got Selena’s blonde color. It took 8 hours to get the perfect color and I will say, it definitely paid off.
