Miley Cyrus was quite the busy bee yesterday, September 30, in New York City. The young singer kicked off her day by donning quite the amazing outfit to work on a secret project before heading back to her hotel.

Many fans believe that Miley was working on a music video for her upcoming collaboration with Dua Lipa. Dua Lipa was also spotted out filming in New York City as well and the pair have spoken multiple times over the past few months about a collaboration.
