Maya Hawke Covers The April Issue Of Nylon Magazine

Maya Hawke is on the cover of the April issue of Nylon magazine. The young actress posed for the magazine earlier this year to promote some of her new projects. Highlights from her interview are below.

On self-quarantining with her family: “I feel like the last three years of my life have been a dream and I’m just a kid again with my family. I moved out and got my whole life together and became a person. And this disease is like, ‘Ha ha ha, just kidding! You’re a kid, and you live with your parents.'”

On playing Jo March in the 2017 BBC adaptation of Little Women: “I’ve always related to Jo March in her warmth and dedication to her family, and in her need to be understood, and her need to express. But I wouldn’t really call myself an iconoclast. I haven’t exactly brushed up against a lot of barriers the way she did.”
