Emma Stone Being Eyed to Play Miss Honey in Matilda: The Musical Movie?

Emma Stone is in talks for a new role. The star is apparently being eyed to play Miss Honey in the movie adaptation of Matilda: The Musical.

Filming on the musical is set to begin this coming August and wrap sometime in December. Ralph Fiennes is also apparently in talked to play Miss Trunchbull. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but if we hear anything we will let you know.

As a fan of the musical, I would love to see one of the young ladies from the original West End cast play Matilda. They were so good in the musical!
