Meet Celia in New Promo for Descendants 3

A brand new promo for Descendants 3 has been released. This promo allows fans to meet the series newest character, Celia.

Played by Jadah Marie, Celia is the daughter of Dr. Facilier and sister of Freddie Facilier. Descendants 3 will be the first time we are introduced to the character and, hopefully, she turns out to be a friend to our favorite characters.

We will find out when the movie airs on August 2.
