Kat McNamara Sits Down With Cosmo To Discuss The End Of Shadowhunters

Kat McNamara recently sat down with Cosmopolitan to discuss the final season of Shadowhunters. The Freeform show will be taking its bow in just a few weeks, so the young actress opened up about what is to come for her. Highlights are below.

On how the show has changed her: “Everybody involved in the show has been such a wonderful influence on me and has shaped me. Even the guys big brother-ed me, and pushed me outside of my comfort zone in the best ways. I did things that I never ever would’ve thought I would’ve done before.”

On dating: “I’m still trying to figure out how one dates as a millennial in our strange world of dating and our dating culture that I still don’t understand because I’m basically a woman from the 1950s in a 23-year-old’s body. It’s a very interesting world and I’m just trying to navigate it as authentically as I can for me. I’ve experimented with dating apps, but I don’t like them. They’re not for me.”
