Jamie Campbell Bower Joins the Cast of the Game of Thrones Prequel
Jamie Campbell Bower has joined the cast of the Game of Thrones prequel series. Jamie’s casting was announced today, January 8, along with seven other actors or actresses joined the show.
Jamie will be joined in the series, if given the go by HBO, by Naomi Ackie, Denise Gough Sheila Atim (Girl From the North Country, Harlots), Ivanno Jeremiah, Georgie Henley, Alex Sharp, and Toby Regbo. The group join already announced cast members Naomi Watts and Josh Whitehouse.
The series “place takes place thousands of years before the events of Game of Thrones. It chronicles the world’s descent from the golden Age of Heroes into its darkest hour. And only one thing is for sure: from the horrifying secrets of Westeros’s history to the true origin of the white walkers, the mysteries of the East to the Starks of legend… it’s not the story we think we know.”
No word on who will be playing who in the new series, but I am thinking that Jamie may be playing a Targaryen. Just a thought. What do you guys think?
