The first look at Joey King’s new series, The Act has been released. Based on a true story, Joey stars as Gypsy Blanchard while Patricia Arquette plays her mother, Dee Dee.

Set to premiere on March 20 on Hulu, the photo was first released by Entertainment Weekly. The story is based on the 2016 Buzzfeed article “Dee Dee Wanted Her Daughter To Be Sick, Gypsy Wanted Her Mom To Be Murdered.”
