Watch The Arrow 7×10 Promo “Shattered Lives”

A new promo for the upcoming episode of Arrow has been released. This new episode is titled “Shattered Lives” and it marks the mid-season premiere of the hit CW show.

In the upcoming episode, Star City gets a new female Arrow, which comes as a surprise to Oliver and company. While all of this is going down, Oliver continues to struggle with the changes that occurred whilst he was in prison. This new episode will air on The CW on January 21.
