Miley Cyrus was spotted in Cape Town today, November 1. The singer was seen in the town visiting a local shop called, PRESENTspace.

Earlier this week, Miley was spotted in Kiev apparently filming her new music video. No word on what the song is or what it sounds like, but hopefully this means we will hear her new music soon.
