Rupert Grint Lands Role In New Agatha Christie TV Adaptation

Rupert Grint has landed his next film. The young actor has signed on to star in the new TV adaptation based on Agatha Christie’s The ABC Murders.

Rupert has signed on to play Inspector Crome in this tale “set in the 1930s, that sees detective Poirot track down a serial killer who strikes in several locations, leaving a copy of The ABC Railway Guide at each crime scene.” With production beginning next month, Rupert will be joined by John Malkovich, who will take up the role of Hercule Poirot.

His new three-part TV series will premiere on BBC and Amazon late this year.
