Colin Donnell Returns in New Photos from Arrow “Docket No. 11-19-41-73”

Promo photos from the next new episode of Arrow have been released. The episode is called, “Docket No. 11-19-41-73” and it will feature the return of Colin Donnell.

In the episode, “The pressure mounts for Oliver (Stephen Amell) who begins to wonder if he will lose everything in his battle to save Star City. A familiar face returns.”
