Justin Bieber was spotted at The Grove earlier today, December 20. The young singer looked to be in good spirits as he made his way towards his car.

Justin was at the shopping venue to do some last-minute shopping for the holiday season. Justin is currently in the midst of a break from the entertainment industry, but with 2018 right around the corner maybe we will get some news about a potential new album.
