The Villains are Taking Over in Photos from the Season 6 Premiere of Arrow

Promo photos from the Season 6 premiere of Arrow have been released. The episode is called, “Fall Out” and it will air on October 12.

No official synopsis has been released, but we do know that we will find out who survived the island blast and who didn’t. We will also begin to see Oliver attempting a relationship with his son.
