Liam Payne was spotted at Capital Records in London yesterday, July 3. The young singer looked to be in wonderful spirits as he met with fans before hopping into his car.

Liam was at Capital Records to promote his latest single “Strip That Down”. Liam unveiled the bop earlier this summer and has yet to slow down his promo tour since.
