Justin Bieber was spotted out in Syndey, Australia today, July 4. The singer was seen all over the city by fans as he enjoyed his day off in the city.

Justin is in the city to attend the Hillsong conference. Earlier this week, Justin wrapped the European leg of his Purpose tour. He will not get to enjoy a couple of weeks off before he kicks off the North American leg of the tour.
