David Oyelowo to Voice Scar on Disney Junior’s “The Lion Guard”

David Oyelowo is coming to a TV near you! The actor will be voicing Scar in Disney Junior’s hit series, The Lion Guard.

Set to make his first appearance in the July 29 extended episode, entitled, “The Rise of Scar,”. In the episode, Scar will appear in the flames of a volcano after Simba and Nala’s young son, Kion, unwittingly summons him by using the Roar of the Elders in anger.

Ooo good pick by the creative team to have David voice Scar. He is going to do such a good job!
