Yara Shahidi Stars In GAP’s New Campaign “Bridging The Gap”

Yara Shahidi has joined GAP’s latest campaign. This new campaign is titled “Bridging the Gap” and also stars Priyanka Chopra and Jonathan Groff. Created by British Vogue editor Edward Enniful, “Bridging the Gap” brings together a diverse cast of people who embody the American culture. Yara spoke about being one of the people chosen for the campaign in a recent interview.

She states, “I think what Edward Enniful did so wonderfully is put together this campaign in which it’s trying to discuss the beauty of diversity and coming together in a way that is upbeat and in a way in which we really talk about unity. And so the entire campaign you get a nice, fun, amazing mix of people who are all active in the community in one way or another. And just having the song “Sunny” that we’re all singing and all dancing and all having fun and we’re talking about this idea of the beauty of us being here together in this moment, I think it’s a nice rallying message of sorts.”
