Yara Shahidi Announces Plans to Go to Harvard

Yara Shahidi is going to Harvard! The black-ish star made the announcement via her Instagram earlier today, June 6.

Earlier this Spring, Yara had announced that she had gotten into every college she applied for, but did not announce which one she would be attending. She also announced last year that she would defer going for at least a year, so we will have to see if that is indeed still her plan.

As of right now, we know that she will be still filming episodes of black-ish this Fall and she will begin filming her new show, college-ish later this year as well. We will have to see how those schedules affect her college career.
