Riverdale’s Second Season to Premiere this Fall?!

Riverdale may be getting a full season order for its second season. Its first season only ran for 13 episodes, but it looks like the second season may be at least 22 episodes long.

According to Production Weekly, filming on the new season will begin in Vancouver on June 22 and wrap in early April. This is way too long of a filming time for the season to just be 13 episodes long, so the guess is that the show will premiere its second season this Fall on the CW and it will run for the entire 2017-2018 TV season.

I really hope this is true! I would hate having to wait until next January for the new season to premiere.
