Dove Cameron Confirms She’s Dating Thomas Doherty

Dove Cameron has confirmed that she is indeed dating her Descendants 2 costar, Thomas Doherty. Dove confirmed the news while she was visiting PEOPLE Now in New York City.

Dove and Thomas stirred up quite the rumors earlier this month when they shared photos of one another on their social media pages with flirty captions. Dove went to visit Thomas in London before heading to NYC for New York Fashion Week.

Dove told PEOPLE, “We’re dating. I’m keeping it sort of… we’re keeping it to ourselves, because everything is just so more romantic and real when it’s yours and it’s private. So we are keeping the details to ourselves, but yeah, we’re dating.”

She did not go into much more detail than that, but when asked if she fell for him on set of the upcoming DCOM, Dove said, “It was not right away,” Cameron admitted. “It was one of those natural evolutions… but you know, again, I’m going to stay tight-lipped about that. But he’s a lovely, lovely person.”
