Justin Bieber Spotted Out in Tokyo

Justin Bieber was spotted out in Tokyo, Japan today, February 2. The singer and some friends were seen out on the streets of Tokyo before dining at a local restaurant.

In a couple of weeks, Justin will be heading to Latin America to being the next leg of his Purpose Tour. This leg is the kick off the last half of his World Tour, before he heads back to the States for his Stadium tour. The stadium tour is set to kick off this coming July.

I wonder why Justin is in Tokyo. Any ideas?
