Maisie Williams has landed a new role. Maisie has joined Eddie Redmayne in the new animated movie, Early Man.

Maisie will “voice a gallant young rebel who befriends our hero Dug (Eddie Redmayne) and helps steer him through the clash between Stone Age and Bronze Age civilizations.” The star got the chance to hang with Eddie and the movie’s director, Nick Park on set today, January 17, where she showed off her new character.

Also starring Tom Hiddleston, the movie is slated to come out in 2018! Congrats to Maisie on the new role!
