Lucy Hale Ends 2016 w/ a Change
Lucy Hale has decided to end her 2016 with a change. The Pretty Little Liars star has decided to dye her hair back to black.
Lucy has done this a number of times over the past couple of years, but has always had to dye it back to blondish/brown for PLL. Now, with nothing concrete lined up, I am going to guess she can keep it black until told otherwise.
What do you guys think of her black hair? Do you like it this color or do you prefer it another way?
